Recent revelations, including a secret dossier and a trove of documents, indicate the existence of a substantial chemical weapons stockpile in Sudan. Allegations point to a clandestine chemical weapons program run by the forces of Al Burhan, with evidence such as bomb tests and incidents involving dead scorpions. A letter from the Washington Post highlights the clearance of a chemical storage site linked to this program, further complicating US-Sudan relations amid international scrutiny.
