Rescue efforts in Nepal have led to miraculous recoveries as two individuals were pulled alive from rubble and tunnels nearly ten days after devastating floods ravaged the region. The dramatic rescue of hydropower workers highlights both the resilience of those trapped and the dedication of the rescue teams. Among the survivors is a Chinese national who was rescued from a hydropower tunnel. Despite the ongoing challenges, including the discovery of many still missing and hundreds feared trapped, rescuers remain hopeful of finding more survivors as they continue their desperate efforts. The region mourns as the flood death toll climbs, but the brave rescues provide a rare moment of joy amid the tragedy.
