A Republican candidate for the Missouri House is facing serious legal trouble after being accused of plotting to plant cocaine and other drugs on his political opponent. The allegations suggest that the candidate sought the help of a campaign manager to execute this scheme, which has prompted the Missouri GOP to call for his withdrawal from the race. Authorities have arrested the candidate, who now faces multiple charges related to conspiracy and drug planting. The incident has sparked significant backlash within the party and raised questions about integrity in the upcoming elections.
