Multiple tragic incidents involving trains have occurred in Delaware County recently. A person was struck and killed by a SEPTA train, alongside a separate fatality involving a Regional Rail train in the area. Additionally, another person was killed by a train in Colwyn. Following these events, there was a major medical emergency that halted service on the Wilmington/Newark Line, but operations have since resumed.
