A series of incidents at Forest Hills MBTA Station have resulted in the death of a 19-year-old man, who fell onto the third rail. In addition, another individual was reported critically injured due to electrocution in a similar incident. The Transit Police are currently investigating the situation as it raises concerns about safety at the station.
