Nick Reiner has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of murdering his parents, Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner, at their Brentwood home. The indictment includes a chilling new allegation that he was lying in wait before carrying out the killings. This development adds to the gravity of the case, with prosecutors suggesting a plan was in place for the murders. Amidst these charges, Reiner has pleaded not guilty and continues to receive support from family members. The district attorney has not yet made a decision regarding the possibility of seeking the death penalty against him.
